Secret Weapons… we all have them, or at least we want to have them! I’ll share mine and maybe you can share yours too?
Healthy skin and hair are so important. We all want them. We know the basics – drink lots of water, get a good night’s rest, and eat healthy; but sometimes that’s just not enough. I’m not sure about you but I feel that life and stress can take a toll on us from every direction! Our bodies are usually giving us a cry for some extra attention.
