Salad 1 is the ‘Ladies Who Lunch’ Salad – and it’s filled with some delicious treats! I adore the combination of sweetness with crunch and the salty creaminess of the goat cheese. The jumbo shrimp make the presentation that much more impressive.

The ‘Spring For It’ salad is a chic take on the traditional layered salad that’s a family favourite for us. It’s hearty with bacon, egg and shredded cheddar – but for me, it’s the slightly sweet, fresh crunch of the peas that sets it off for me. For this presentation, I thought it would be fun to lay out the layers with wedges of the iceberg rather than chopped leaves. For me, this salad screams ‘New York lunch’.
