Powered by protein, healthy fats and whole, nourishing ingredients – these delicious Pops will restore any Goddess so that she can power through her day! These Goddess Power Pops are essentially no-bake protein balls that make for a quick energy-packed breakfast or snack on the go. You’ll find they are a great option to sneak protein into your kid’s diets as well! They are hard to resist, but high in healthy fat and protein – so 1-2 is a good serving size. Enjoy, you Goddess, you!

How To:

1. In a blender or food processor, mix:
1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Organic Large Flake Oats (I Used Bobs Red Mill)
1/2 Cup Walnut Pieces
1 Scoop Protein Powder (I Used Unflavoured)
6-8 Tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (I Used Fry’s)
Ground Pink Himalayan Salt

2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and incorporate the following:
1/4 Cup more Organic Large Flake Oats (To add in some chewy texture)

3. Taste Test
If you’ve miraculously refrained thus far, at this point – taste test the mixture to ensure that it is both sweet and salty enough to your liking. What I love about this recipe is that it can be customized to each Goddess’ preference! I didn’t want to add additional sweetness, so I generously added more of the Pink Himalayan Salt which brightened the flavour immensely. You can also add additional Maple Syrup at this point or even Mini Vegan Chocolate Chips.

4. Roll your Pops into 1.5” individual balls then perfect the form by rolling in their coconut coating of coconut. (1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes on a dinner plate for rolling.)

5. Organize formed Pops onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow to set in the freezer. Once firm, they can be transferred into a freezer-safe container and continued to store frozen. They taste best cold, right out of the freezer.

Paleo Goddesses – In my eyes, these are Paleo-ISH – which is how I best describe my food-style. Substitute Almond Butter rather than peanut butter and coconut or almond flower in place of the oats to create a purely paleo version.
